INSTRUCTIONS FOR WATER BAG USE:

1. Water bags should be filled at least once a week, the most twice a week on dry days for the first year of installation.
2. The bag needs about 1" of water, 2" on very dry temperature days.  The water bags will help the tree with needed water intake. 
3. The best way to know if a water bag needs water is to consistently check the soil and mulch for moisture before refilling the bag.

WATERING IS REQUIRED OF THE HOMEWONER. If watering does not occur and the new planting dies a new one will be ordered by the association at the homeowners expense. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW SOD:

1. The new sod will need to be watered with an inch of water on a daily basis.
2. Refrain from any unnecessary traveling on the new sod.

WATERING IS REQUIRED OF THE HOMEOWNER. As the unit owner, you are required to water the sod with an inch of water on a daily basis, for the next 30 days. Please do your best to not do any unnecessary traveling on the new product.

Failing to keep up on maintenance of the newly installed sod, i.e. failing to water daily or creating any damage to the sod, will be replaced at the owner’s expense and charged back to the homeowner’s assessment account. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW PLANTINGS:

   1. Watering should occur 4 times a week and more if there is lack of rain or a drought.
   2. Watering should be done from the ground level at the base of the new plant. The ground should be moist
   3. Ideal watering is early morning before the sun becomes strong (apx. 9:00am) and later in the evening (apx. 8:00pm)

WATERING IS REQUIRED OF THE HOMEOWNER. If watering does not occur and the new planting dies a new one will be ordered by the association at the homeowners expense.
