Spring is here at Winding Creek and we are eagerly anticipating Summer. Please take a moment to review our reminders for a great summer

• Landscaping crews will be out doing their work. They are never to be directly approached.
  
• Garbage is to be kept in a closed container in the garage and should only be outside to be placed by the curb after 6:00 pm Sunday and returned to the garage on Monday, the same day as pick-up.
  

Any and all changes, plantings, modifications or add-ons need to be reviewed and approved and can be subject to non-approval and or removal or replacement at the owner’s expense. Do an acrhitectural review first. You may find the proper forms under the tab Forms on this page.
